Nix Cellars is a Paso Robles winery based in Tin City, founded by Chris and Nicole Haisma.

Chris focuses on the wines—structured, expressive Bordeaux and Rhône varietal reds alongside Loire-inspired whites. Each is built with precision and intent, driven by balance, texture, and a clear sense of place.

Nicole leads the experience—wine club, tasting room, and the overall rhythm of the brand.
